Committee Meeting Participants

Each WSTS Member Company has one official representative in the Committee, who is expected to participate in the Committee Meeting (Business Meeting) and to assume his/her voting rights in the Business Meeting on Tuesday morning. Any other employee of a WSTS Member Company is invited to participate in all parts of the Committee Meeting (Business Meeting and Forecast Meeting). Participation in the Forecast Meeting is subject to the submission of a premeeting forecast.
Furthermore the representatives of the Semiconductor Industry Associations are invited to participate as observers. During your registration you will be required to declare in which role you will attend the meeting.
Certain detailed information such as the agenda, the list of participants etc. is only accessible to holders of WSTS user accounts and/or to registered participants. If you have registered but do not have a WSTS user account, you may login to this meeting web site (right upper corner) with your registration ID as user name and your last name as password.

Any non-member semiconductor company who has serious interest to join WSTS may send a participant to the Committee Meeting as observer. Such request is to be made to the WSTS Administrator.

Participation Fee

The applicable rates are summarized in the table below.

Please observe the following deadlines:
01 March 2020 start of registration period.
15 April 2020 last day to benefit from discounted participation fee. The standard participation fee will be valid until close of the meeting registration on 05 May.

05 May 2020 last day for meeting registration or change of registration.

In case of cancellation of the Vienna meeting due to CoVid-19 WSTS will refund the pre-paid participation fee in full.

Participation fees include a daily buffet lunch, a morning and afternoon break with coffee, tea and other refreshments as well as a dinner on Tuesday and Thursday. All dinners are also available to accompanying spouses free of charge.

All room rates include VAT and all applicable taxes.

Active Participation

Contact the Vice Chairman of your region if you are willing to make a presentation or lead a session at the meeting.
The List of Active Participants, issue xx shows which topics are already assigned and which are still open (log in required).

Presenters should attentively read the "Guidelines for Presenters" .

Submission of Pre-Meeting Forecast

Participation in the Forecast Meeting is subject to the submission of a premeeting forecast. Schedule:
02 May 2020: issue of blank pre-meeting forecast file including Q1 2020 BB data
18 May 2020: submission of pre-meeting forecast to WSTS
21 May 2020: publication of pre-meeting average forecast to all participating companies

Most participants from abroad will travel by air and arrive at Vienna International Airport . Transfer to the hotel will take approx. 30 minutes by taxi.
