Committee Meeting Participants
Each WSTS Member Company has one official representative in the Committee, who is expected to participate in the Committee Meeting (Business Meeting) and to assume his/her voting rights in the Business Meeting on Tuesday morning. Any other employee of a WSTS Member Company is invited to participate in all parts of the Committee Meeting (Business Meeting and Forecast Meeting). Participation in the Forecast Meeting is subject to the submission of a premeeting forecast.
Furthermore the representatives of the Semiconductor Industry Associations are invited to participate as observers. During your registration you will be required to declare in which role you will attend the meeting.
Certain detailed information such as the agenda, the list of participants etc. is only accessible to holders of WSTS user accounts and/or to registered participants. If you have registered but do not have a WSTS user account, you may login to this meeting web site (right upper corner) with your registration ID as user name and your last name as password.
Any non-member semiconductor company who has serious interest to join WSTS may send a participant to the Committee Meeting as observer. Such request is to be made to the WSTS Administrator .
Participation Fee and Hotel Cost
The applicable rates are summarized in the table below.
Please observe the following deadlines:
01 March 2017 start of registration period.
18 March 2017 last day to benefit from discounted participation fee.
08 April 2017 last day to benefit from standard participation fee.
26 April 2017 last day for meeting registration or change of registration.
Participants who booked at the discounted participation fee (before or on 18 March), but who change any details of their registration after 19 March will have to pay the regular participation fee. Minor changes (change of room type, addition of supplementary information) will however not cause a reassessment of the participation fee.

In case of cancellation of the registration in whole or in part WSTS will retain US$100 per day or US$400 for the entire meeting.
Participation fees include a morning and afternoon break with coffee, tea and other refreshments, lunch and dinners on Tuesday and Thursday. All dinners are also available to accompanying spouses free of charge.
All room rates include applicable state and local taxes.

All guest rooms are non-Smoking. The Group rate is available 3 days pre and post Meeting date. A buffet breakfast is available from $ 29.00 CAD per person.

Submission of Pre-Meeting Forecast
Participation in the Forecast Meeting is subject to the submission of a premeeting forecast. Schedule:
28 April 2017: issue of blank pre-meeting forecast file including Q1 2017 BB data
09 May 2017: submission of pre-meeting forecast to WSTS
11 May 2017: publication of pre-meeting average forecast to all participating companies

Travel and Transfer
Most participants from abroad will travel by air and arrive at Vancouver International Airport YVR. Transfer to the hotel will take approximately 40 minutes by Taxi at cost of $CAD 35. Public transfer by SKY TRAIN ($CAD 9) will take approximately 25 minutes to downtown with trains arriving about every 6 min (evening and Weekend, the trains are less frequent).
