Hartwin Breitenbach

In this position since March 2000 he concentrated on making WSTS a more complete, more reliable and more accessible information service provider. He takes personal responsibility in all aspects of program and content management. Hartwin essentially conceived the WSTS web site as the central information resource for all members and partners of WSTS. He promoted the uncompromised pursuit of paperless information distribution combined with state of the art intellectual property protection techniques. With the current Internet Portal WSTS launched its third generation of web based information services. Hartwin assumes the role of the "Webmaster" for all matters of content authoring, editing and updating. Consequently he is the prime contact point for visitors of the WSTS Internet Portal.
Significant improvements in the preparation and organization of WSTS forecast meetings have led to the result that the WSTS forecast is recognized as the most accurate and consistent one in the industry.
All queries on WSTS statistics, such as assignment of specific products to specific WSTS categories, observed data anomalies in WSTS reports, queries about non-participant estimates, enrolment of new members, administration of distribution licenses are also the Administrator's terms of reference.

Hartwin works from the WSTS office in Graz, Austria, where WSTS maintains its operational center.

Barbara Smith

WSTS employee from the first hour, Barbara's responsibilities include the organization of meetings (including entertainment and social programs), recording of meeting proceedings, member services including invoicing, financial administration, motivation of members to assume their reporting duties, administration of web access permissions, follow up on general queries.

Barbara works from the WSTS office in San Jose, CA, USA, where WSTS maintains its administrative center.
