Historical Billings Report
More than two decades of billings statistics of the WSTS Blue Book are now available for free download. No login is required.
The tables are in MS Excel format and provide monthly data, as well as three months moving averages for total semiconductor revenues by the four regions Americas, Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.

Autumn 2008 Committee Meeting Kyoto - Japan
The next WSTS Committee meeting will take place in Kyoto, Japan from 4 to 7 November 2008. Mark the date in your calendar. Registration started on 21 July 2008. Significant discounts on hotel rooms (first come, first served) and meeting fees are available to those who register early.

New Appointments
Rene Kautschitsch of austriamicrosystems was elected as new Vice Chairman Europe. He succeeded Patrice Vaslot who recently announced retirement.
Trung Nguyen of National Semiconductors was appointed as new Format Chairman of WSTS. He succeeded Urs Rohrer of Infineon in this function.
Mijeong Yang of Hynix was elected as new Board Member of Asia Pacific. She succeeded Gi Hee Song, who recently resigned.

Printer Friendly Web Pages
Responding to requests from many users the WSTS Internet Portal now offers the possibility to print the center column of most pages in a page-wide printer friendly format. The pages that support this feature have a print button on top. When klicking this button an Acrobat version of the content of the center column will be generated. When printing the Acrobat file an automatic calibration to the default paper format (A4 or US-letter) will be done. This feature requires at least Acrobat reader 6.0 or newer versions.
Pages with restricted access have the user name included as watermark.
